West Ham have confirmed the signing of Germany defender Thilo Kehrer from Paris Saint-Germain. It’s all right
West Ham United have officially announced the signing of Kehrer. The contract is for a period of 4 years, with an additional two-year extension which may expire in 2028.“I’m really excited. Having sign with West Ham United, this is the best league in the world. And I’m excited to be playing in the Premier League,” said the Hammers’ new No. 24 defender. “I spoke to the manager. He told me how he saw me fit for this club. My biggest goal right now is to join the team. Develop yourself in the team and enjoy ufabet playing for them.”
Kehrer becomes manager David Moyes’ sixth addition to the squad this summer, after Nayef Agred, Alphonse Areola (acquired), Gianluca Ska. Macha, Maxwell Gornet and Flynn Downs. The fee was not officially disclose, but Sky Sports said it was £10.1million, plus a number of additional terms.
Manager David Moyes added: ‘I am really please to welcome Thilo to West Ham United. He’s a talented player, who can play in a number of defensive positions, adding strength and depth to our current options.’
Moyes has already signed goalkeeper Alphonse Areola – also from PSG – centre back Nayef Aguerd, who is now injure, midfielder Flynn Downes, forward Maxwel Cornet and striker Gianluca Scamacca.
